What we do

Current tools generate text. You need reasoning.

A researcher doesn't want a summary of 200 papers. They want to know which hypotheses are plausible, which contradict each other, and which to test first.

No existing tool solves that. Not ChatGPT. Not Elicit. Not Cursor.

The pipeline

Six steps from input to insight.

Project 1 is not an interface it's an engine. Any tool can call it via API: /ingest /reason /query

Ingestion & Extraction
PDFs, datasets, natural language. Entities, facts, and relationships extracted automatically.
Step 02
Knowledge Graph Build
Every concept becomes a node. Every relation is typed: causes, contradicts, generalises, correlates.
Step 03
Uncertainty Detection
Identifies unproven links, source contradictions, and knowledge gaps. These become the hypothesis candidates.
Step 04
Hypothesis Generation
"If X then Y, because Z." Each hypothesis ranked by plausibility against the full graph.
Step 05
Literature Backtest
Tested against ArXiv, PubMed, Semantic Scholar, OpenAlex. Evidence scored for and against.
Step 06
Structured Output
Auditable reasoning: hypotheses ranked by confidence, sources cited, next steps. JSON, PDF, or API call.
